As a Marketing Specialist youll support the execution optimization and measurement of Retail and Specialized Lending marketing initiatives across multiple channels and with high attention to deadlines at Manulife Bank. Youll work closely with work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and creative agencies to support integrated B2B and B2C campaigns across multiple channels helping drive acquisition conversion and business growth.
Position Responsibilities:
Support the execution of the Retail and Specialized Lending marketing initiatives.
Assist in planning executing and optimizing B2B & B2C marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email direct mail content paid media and more.
Track and report on campaign performance by supporting data collection analysis and monthly KPI reporting for acquisition and conversion.
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to brief manage and deliver creative assets and collateral updates on time and to standard.
Ensure marketing activities align with sales objectives and contribute to clear consistent customer communications.
Coordinate ongoing product- and sales-driven campaigns including timelines deliverables and production activities.
Support ongoing marketing operations activities including maintaining calendars coordinating deliverables and processing invoices.
Required Qualifications:
3 years of experience in B2B marketing and sales enablement.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
Understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues manage risk and develop workback schedules.
Experience with data analysis/insights and performance tracking to support campaign optimization and reporting.
Experience in content writing for different formats and platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated orientation towards a growth mindset ownership collaboration.
Innovative and creative approach to marketing with a passion for finding efficiencies through AI tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Teams and data analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services preferred but not required.

Salary range is expected to be between
$62850.00 CAD - $104750.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location.
