ROLE SUMMARY: The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall performance of thefabrication plant ensuring safety quality productivity and customer satisfaction. Thisrole is a key member of the leadership team contributing to the strategic goal ofdoubling the companys size in the next five years. Success requires a hands-on leaderwho embodies our clients Core Values builds strong teams and drives continuousimprovement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead daily plant operations including production maintenance scheduling andinventory.
Champion a safe clean and compliant workplace.
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Develop mentor and engage team members at all levels.
Manage plant budgets control costs and optimize productivity.
Drive process improvements and innovation in manufacturing.
Collaborate with company leadership to achieve growth goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in business Engineering or related field or equivalentexperience.
3 years in manufacturing leadership (glass fabrication a plus).
Proven results in safety quality and operational excellence.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
