- Developing and implementing operational policies procedures and performance metrics to monitor and enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinating cross-departmental initiatives providing leadership and guidance to maximize resource allocation and streamlining workflow processes
- Overseeing the planning execution and continuous improvement of operational strategies ensuring compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards

Requirements
- 15 years experience in program management role
- One plus years experience must be with communication systems networks or technologies
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing day-to-day operations ensuring optimal production quality and resource utilization in alignment with contract and DoD specifications
- Proven ability to direct cross-functional teams implement continuous improvement initiatives and streamline operational processes through effective strategy and process management
- PMP (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Possess an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in leveraging lean and six sigma methodologies for process optimization and cost reduction
- Advanced knowledge of operations management software and performance analytics tools to drive data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated leadership experience in change management and strategic planning within dynamic high-volume environments
