As a Vice President of Content Design for the Amazon CoBrand team you will develop and execute content plans for inclusive usable product experiences and play a pivotal role in shaping customer experiences through content. Supporting the Amazon Chase CoBrand Card portfolio you will play a critical role in shaping and elevating the end-to-end customer experience across both Chase and Amazon user engagement through strategic content design fostering inclusive and intuitive digital will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clear engaging and effective content strategies that drive customer understanding satisfaction and engaging user-friendly content that effectively communicates complex concepts to a diverse audience. Champion inclusive design and customer experience andcontributetothe success of JPMorgan Chase and Amazons user experience design efforts.
Job responsibilities
Partner with Chase Product Marketing and Experience teams to develop and align on robust end-to-end customer experience strategies for Amazon cobrand credit cards.
Develop a strong point of view on the Amazon card customer journey leveraging competitive intelligence industry best practices and business priorities to inform content decisions.
Collaborate with CoBrand Card Product & Technology partners to support and execute work-streams within the Amazon book of work ensuring content supports product and experience goals.
Engage and influence Amazon stakeholders particularly around content strategy to ensure all customer-facing content is legally sound meets customer needs and expectations for credit card management and loyalty and aligns with both Chase and Amazons strategic direction.
Influence Amazon stakeholders to ensure Amazon card experiences and surfaces are consistent with overall content strategy.
Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in content design for the Amazon Card product line advocating for best-in-class customer experiences and content practices.
Champion inclusive language for a diverse audience ensure seamless positive interactions throughout the customer journey
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
5 years of experience or equivalentexpertisein content design editing writing strategy process and architecture focusing on digital products and platforms
Ability to design effective content architecture organizing and structuring content for enhanced user experience and easy navigation within products or websites
Expertisein written and verbal storytelling crafting clear engaging content that effectively clarifies complex concepts for diverse audiences adhering to industry standards and best practices
Extensive experiencefacilitatingworkshops for product and experience design creating compelling content journeys
Advanced technical literacy and deep understanding of content platforms and their impact on user experience
