We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Elk Grove CA. We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who is interested in working in functional medicine health optimization and longevity.
Our ideal candidate has experience or strong interest in integrative functional and hormone-based medicine and is someone who exceeds expectations can work independently within scope of practice and as a team player and possesses self-initiative creativity and motivation. The incoming PA/NP will be providing consultation and treatments integrative and functional medicine consultations and hormone-based therapies.

Duties:
- Conduct patient consultations focused on functional medicine testing
- Evaluating diagnosing and recommending individualized treatments or products
- Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy
- Perform IV starts and oversee IV therapy protocols
- Deliver care aligned with functional and integrative medicine principles
- Support hormone optimization and health optimization programs
- Perform or oversee ozone therapies and therapeutic plasma exchange
- Stay current with advancements in the field and engage in ongoing research
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and management strategies
- Keep thorough and accurate patient records using electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- PA/NP licensed to practice in CA
- Strong foundational knowledge or interest in functional medicine integrative medicine and hormone replacement medicine
- Demonstrates competency in planning for and providing age-specific care population-specific care and individualized-based medicine
- Full time
