Were hiring a Clinical Manager Registered Nurse in Claxton Georgia who wants leadership responsibility strong organizational support and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a close-knit community.
Youll step into a Monday through Friday leadership role overseeing the clinical team while maintaining occasional patient care responsibilities in the home setting. Youll report directly to the Executive Director and play a key role in ensuring quality standards regulatory compliance and team performance.
Youll practice in Claxton Georgia a welcoming Southern community known as the Fruitcake Capital of the World offering a peaceful lifestyle just one hour from Savannah.

You are a Registered Nurse with an active Georgia license
You have at least two years of experience as a hospital Clinical Manager

Base salary of $85000 to $95000
