The Facilities Maintenance Support Assistant supports with repairs upkeep and preventative maintenance of company buildings and grounds. This role focuses on assisting with maintenance tasks helping move and place heavier items and supporting the overall upkeep of our is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active working with their hands and being part of a team.

- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am 5:00pm. Schedule may vary based on operational needs including early mornings evenings or weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general building maintenance and repairs (external and internal)
- Support maintenance projects and daily facility needs
- Set up and take down tables chairs equipment and signage for company meetings and events
- Move assemble and install furniture and equipment
- Identify and report maintenance issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work closely with the maintenance team and follow priorities
Requirements:
- Must submit to a background check and drug test
- Valid Florida drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical labor
- Reliable punctual and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
