Responsibilities
The Facilities Administrator will support theDepartmentLeadership by completing a variety of tasks and assignments associated with personnel support functions for the Property Administration department. They willassistwithdata entry completion of forms filing scheduling meetings copy requests and other duties as assigned. Additionally they willbe responsible forvendor schedulingGrowtechnician scheduling building and equipment maintenance scheduling and generating building and maintenance reports.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of facilities maintenance or related experience required.
- Experience with administering FM: Systems Service Orders and processes.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Programs including but not limited to Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint & Access.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills strong interpersonal skills ability to prioritize work flexibility and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing team environment.
- Can exercise independent strong judgment and be self-motivated.
Physical Demands
- Ability to move freely (standing stooping walking bending pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.
- Must be able to sit/view computer monitor for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to read write speak and type English.
- Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
- Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.
Work Environment
- This position is an inoffice role with remote work available. Reports to Grow Property Administration Division in New Tampa FL.
- Sedentary role.
- Travel to other branches or locations required as needed.
