Autonomous Solutions Inc. (ASI) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist IV to support a growing organization. This role is hands-on and operational with a strong emphasis on employee relations manager partnership and consistent execution of core HR processes.
This role is designed for an experienced HR professional who understands that strong employee relations are built through fairness consistency trust and clear communication-and who helps reinforce a culture where issues are addressed directly respectfully and in alignment with ASIs values.
What Youll Do
Serve as HR support to managers on employee relations matters including performance management corrective action and policy interpretation
Reinforce a culture of accountability respect and open communication by addressing employee concerns early and consistently
Partner with leaders to resolve people issues in a way that supports both business needs and a healthy work environment alongside our values
- Support the new hire onboarding process to ensure consistency clarity and cultural alignment
Partner with our other HR Generalist to administer benefits for new hires and qualifying life events including coordination of payroll-related adjustments
- Support HR process improvements and ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently across the organization
What Were Looking For
Progressive HR experience with a proven track record in employee relations
Demonstrated ability to build trust with employees and managers while addressing difficult issues
Strong understanding of HR policies employment practices and compliance
Experience working with ATS platforms and HR systems
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Clear professional written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field
HR certifications (PHR SHRM-CP etc.) are a plus
Experience supporting benefits administration and payroll processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools
