HR Generalist
Position Summary
The HR Generalist supports day-to-day human resources operations and ensures the consistent application of HR policies procedures and programs. This role partners with employees and managers to deliver HR services including basic employee relations new hire orientation compliance training coordination performance management and HRIS data management.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field preferred
2 years of HR experience ideally in a generalist or coordinator role
Experience with HRIS systems; work in UKG a plus
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint OneNote) and HR systems

Salary: $68K - $75K DOE
