Job Description:

General Repair & Maintenance Trades Management includes skilled trades workers who construct maintain and repair facilities systems buildings and equipment including: Carpentry plumbing electrical heating/ventilation/air conditioning (HVAC) welding and mechanical repair & maintenance. Machining repair & maintenance trades (i.e. tool & die making mold making metal part making etc.). Computer Numeric Control (CNC) Programming. Heavy Equipment Operators A Team Leader (M1) supervises para-professional employees. Responsibilities typically include: Setting day-to-day operational objectives for team. Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex. Ensures policies practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports customers and stakeholders.
