Job Description

The Manager Request for Proposal (RFP) & Bid Management owns the full lifecycle of RFP and bid submissions within Asset Management Services (AMS). The role drives content excellence cross-functional coordination and visual storytelling to deliver winning proposals aligned to AMSs 2026 strategy. This position is for one (1) full time employee and can be located in EMEA/NAMER with an option for GBS for cost efficiency.


Reporting Line: This role reports to the Customer & Commercial Leader AMS.

Cross-Functional Partners: The position collaborates closely with Commercial Operations Finance Marketing SGP and Digital Product & Platform teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management and governance of all RFP and bid submissions.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized reusable RFP content library and visual asset repository.
  • Create and edit proposal materials ensuring clarity design quality and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with SGPs Commercial Ops Finance and Marketing to integrate data-driven value narratives.
  • Manage timelines content inputs and executive approvals across multiple stakeholders.
  • Track performance metrics (win rate response quality cycle time) and lead continuous improvement.
  • Support bid defense preparations with visual storytelling and presentation materials.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Marketing or Communications.
  • 5 years of experience in roles requiring cross-functional coordination structured decision support and delivery alignment within scientific or enterprise services
  • Demonstrated skill in visual communication strategic messaging and data visualization.
  • Strong writing editing and presentation design capability (PowerPoint Word Adobe or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple deadlines.
  • High attention to detail narrative clarity and brand consistency.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $111500.00$167300.00.
