Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end client relationships for life and term insurance.
* Provide need-based financial advisory and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with insurer partners for proposals issuance and after-sales service.
* Build cross-sell opportunities within the existing retail base.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and persistency targets.
Requirements:
Graduate with 5 - 10 years of experience in life insurance sales preferably with broker or DSA channels.
* Strong understanding of protection ULIP and savings products.
* Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
