Job Summary

Role Objective

To build and scale the Sales & Marketing organization from scratch while leading the existing HR recruiter team and establishing a structured data-driven hiring and capability development system.

Team Structure (Critical)

  • An existing team of HR Recruiters will report to this role
  • Position involves both strategic leadership and hands-on execution
  • Full ownership of recruiter productivity hiring quality and delivery timelines

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Marketing Organization Build-Up

  • Design organization structure for:
    • Field Sales
    • Technical Sales
    • Institutional / Project Sales
    • International Sales
    • Marketing & Branding
  • Develop manpower planning aligned with revenue targets
  • Create phased hiring roadmap (012 months and scale-up plan)

2. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Team Leadership (Core Responsibility)

  • Develop industry-focused hiring strategy:
    • Competitor mapping
    • Target company identification (EPC infra building materials)
  • Allocate roles and targets to HR recruiter team
  • Define SOPs and standardized hiring processes
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle:
    • Sourcing Screening Interview Offer Joining

Team Management Responsibilities:

  • Monitor recruiter performance and productivity
  • Conduct daily/weekly hiring pipeline reviews
  • Ensure quality of shortlisted candidates
  • Train and mentor recruiter team

Key Metrics:

  • Time to Hire
  • Cost per Hire
  • Offer Acceptance Ratio
  • Recruiter Productivity

3. Hiring Funnel & Process Systemization

  • Build structured hiring funnel:
    • Sourcing Screening Technical Round Final Round Closure
  • Implement tracking systems (ATS / dashboards)
  • Establish data-driven hiring reports

4. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline

  • Position Dudhi Industries as a strong employer brand
  • Build continuous talent pipeline across sales functions
  • Develop referral and passive hiring channels

5. Onboarding & Training Framework

  • Design structured onboarding programs
  • Develop training modules:
    • Product training (FRP GFRP SMC Gypsum)
    • Technical sales capability
    • Tender / PSU sales processes
  • Train recruiter team on industry-specific hiring

6. Performance Management System (Sales Team)

  • Define KPI frameworks:
    • Revenue targets
    • Conversion ratios
    • Pipeline metrics
  • Implement performance tracking dashboards
  • Align incentive structures with measurable outcomes

7. Sales Capability Development

  • Identify skill gaps across teams
  • Implement continuous learning programs
  • Improve productivity and conversion efficiency

8. Retention & Culture Building

  • Design retention strategies for high performers
  • Establish career progression frameworks
  • Build performance-driven accountability-focused culture

9. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with Director / Leadership
  • Align with Sales Marketing Technical and Production teams
  • Ensure hiring aligns with business expansion goals


Requirements

Mandatory Candidate Profile

  • 1015 years of HR / Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience in 200300 employee organizations (mandatory)
  • Strong experience in:
    • Sales & Technical hiring (B2B environment)
    • Construction / manufacturing industry
  • Proven experience in:
    • Building teams from scratch
    • Managing recruiter teams
