Job Summary

Job Description:

Execution of multistorey group housing projects of at least 5-50 acres including planning estimation scheduling team selection quality & cost control etc.
with on time delivery track record.
Analyse & approve estimates labour rates item rates etc & monitor construction costs.
Develop and implement methods construction checklists & conduct periodic audits at site to check adherence to construction guidelines & standards quality and safety measures for consistent operations across locations.
Coordinate with consultants services & architectural team to prepare a cost-effective design which is easy to execute & maintain.
Will be responsible to hire coach & mentor a team of project management engineers.
Audit project compliances as per relevant BIS Codes & NBC guidelines building byelaws environmental & labour laws etc.
Ensure optimal strength of man material & machine on site to for timely delivery & monitor daily monthly reports with periodic site visits.
Hands on knowledge of ERP softwares AutoCAD and MS Projects & MS Excel.
