You will provide a friendly customer-focused service within our Empty Homes programme guiding properties from handover to re-let. Working closely with customers colleagues and partners youll coordinate repairs manage queries with empathy and help reduce turnaround times through clear communication and strong organisation.

Duties include:
- Provide an efficient and comprehensive customer focused service to our empty homes programme .
- Oversee the end-to-end voids process from handover to re-let
- Proactive planning co-ordination and allocation of tasks across the wider business.
- Customer contact to initiate the termination process.
- Liaise with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely repairs and lettings
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Analysing monitoring and updating of extensive inhouse and external systems both manual and digital.
- Liaising with our third-party utility company throughout the empty homes period.
- Consistent communication within the property services empty homes team in conjunction with our close partners (Allocations Team) and the wider business.
- Ongoing preparation of all compliance and essential documentation in line with achieving tight deadlines to ensure a continuous reduction in target end to end times.
- Processing and ordering of essential contractor works within all our internal systems.
- Monitor and action local inbox task manager and complaint enquiries.
Requirements- Experience in housing management or property services
- Strong customer service background including complaint handling
- Exceptional communication and engagement skills in person by phone and through written communication
- Adaptability with IT systems and housing platforms
- A driven optimistic mindset with a positive can-do attitude
- Juggling multiple tasks under pressure swift decision-making and the ability to stay composed
- Team player
- Having the ability to maintain composure and perform and deliver within tight deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to making a real difference in customers lives

- Right to Work in the UK - Visa Sponsorship is not available
