Were recruiting a Registered Manager for a small well-supported childrens residential home in Scunthorpe (DN15) supporting 2 children/young people (EBD / LD).

What were looking for:

Registered Manager experience or strong Deputy Manager experience with readiness to registerLevel 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
Confident with Ofsted inspections safeguarding and Childrens Homes Regulations
Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children
Strong leadership compliance and team-development skills
