The bigger pictureâ

Were looking for a motivated and enthusiastic summer student to join our Business Support Center as a Business Support Specialist. This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) 4-month term position. The anticipated period of employment is May 4 2026 through to August 28 2026.

In this role you will help deliver administrative support to our agricultural and commercial lending teams.

How youll be spending your time

• Providing business lending administrative support in areas such as file maintenance security control searches data entry reports and simplified annual reviews
• Interacting with team members internal partners lawyers and insurance companies to provide support input knowledge and feedback
• Proactively identifying and researching the best solutions that meet our members needs and improve their financial success
• Ensuring there is a healthy balance between opportunity risk growth and profitability for Conexus
