WHAT YOU BRING
Strong experience in talent acquisition ideally in financial services consulting or commercial roles.
Handson mastery of direct sourcing and structured selection.
Comfort with AI-powered tools which are fully integrated in our TA workflow.
Workday proficiency is a highly valuable nice to have.
A natural ability to influence prioritize and make strong decisions.
Mandatory bilingualism (French & English) to effectively support Quebec and Atlantic regions.
Hybrid work model:
