What You Will Do:

Lead advanced analytical problem-solving using Python SQL and Databricks to transform operational financial and market data into decision-ready insights.
Design and interpret complex analytical outputs (trends anomalies scenarios and forecasts) to develop critical metrics recommend performance improvements new strategies and risk controls.
Develop and maintain AI-enabled analytics solutions including building and deploying Copilot agents to automate recurring analysis explain metrics and accelerate insight delivery for stakeholders within the BU.
Conduct financial and economic analysis (revenue impacts and marginal cost analysis) to support long-term planning and capital allocation.

Who You Are:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Finance Economics Data Analytics or Computer Science.
6 years of experience in pipeline operations midstream energy or operational analytics roles with increasing responsibility.
Proven experience analyzing operational and nearrealtime data (e.g. AVEVA PI System SCADA-derived data or similar operational platforms).
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python with hands-on experience building analytical workflows on cloud analytics platforms (preferably Databricks).
Experience with Excel-based analysis and automation including VBA deliver decision-ready dashboards and analytics using Power BI.
Practical experience using AI-assisted analytics and Copilot agents to automate data examination elucidate metrics or support scenario modeling. Ability to develop what-if scenarios and sensitivity analyses to evaluate operational market and regulatory changes.
Effective interpersonal skills with and the ability to translate analytics into clear executive insights including concise PowerPoint materials.

Working Conditions:

Office based position.
Up to 25% travel.
