Qualifications :
- Ability to support and guide vulnerable individuals in collaboration with their families or support network
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service consultative sales or business development
- Self-reliance initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid drivers license and a vehicle
- Experience in the healthcare field or working with a senior population is considered an asset
