Job Summary
- Support seniors and their families in exploring private senior residences and home care options.
- Provide personalized support based on attentive listening understanding of needs and trust.
- Facilitate transitions to a new living environment with professionalism and empathy.
- Develop lasting relationships with partners (healthcare professionals community organizations and local stakeholders).
- Ensure diligent follow-up and maintain organized case and file management.
Qualifications :
- Ability to support and guide vulnerable individuals in collaboration with their families or support network
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service consultative sales or business development
- Self-reliance initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid drivers license and a vehicle
- Experience in the healthcare field or working with a senior population is considered an asset
