Position Summary

The Advisor Website Transformation plays a key role in supporting the redevelopment of by fostering strong stakeholder relationships coordinating communication across teams and ensuring alignment throughout the project. Working closely with cross-functional partners the role helps guide content intake collaboration and change management to support a smooth and coordinated transformation. Leveraging digital communications expertise as a supporting capability the Advisor also contributes to content strategy accessibility and user-centered web experiences that reflect UHNs commitment to patient-first care.

Duties

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across departments acting as a key liaison to ensure alignment gather requirements and support collaboration throughout the website transformation initiative.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication between project teams leadership and subject-matter experts to support transparency manage expectations and ensure project progress is well understood.
  • Act as a communications ambassador for the project by supporting enterprise-wide adoption helping teams understand upcoming changes and contributing to engagement strategies that enable a smooth transition to the new platform.
  • Coordinate the intake organization and review of website content from internal teams ensuring alignment with organizational messaging clarity and user-focused communication standards.
  • Provide input on web usability content structure and digital experience best practices to support the development of intuitive patient-first online experiences.
  • Maintain clear project documentation by tracking stakeholder feedback decisions and progress across workstreams to support accountability and alignment.
  • Support QA activities and ensure content and page designs meet accessibility standards (AODA) brand guidelines and digital best practices to maintain a consistent and inclusive user experience.

Qualifications :

  • Post-secondary education in Digital Strategy UX Design Communications Marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Communications Web Content Strategy or Website Redevelopment projects preferably in a complex or health care environment.
  • Strong understanding of Web Content Strategy User Experience (UX) and Information Architecture principles.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) Digital Asset Management and Web Accessibility Standards (e.g. AODA).
  • Experience using Google Analytics or other web analytics tools to inform content decisions and user experience improvements.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear user-friendly content.
  • Ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders across departments.
  • Demonstrated initiative adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
