Our client a prominent and highly respected venture capital firm is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support a high-level confidential Partner at the top of their game.
This EA will serve as the Partners right hand owning complex logistics acting as a trusted thought partner and operating with exceptional judgment and discretion. Youll work closely with senior leaders to execute day-to-day and long-range logistics ensuring the Partner can stay focused on investing vision and impact.

The Role:Executive Assistant to Partner
TheCity:Palo Alto CA (3 days onsite)
The Money: $190k - $250k Base DOE
The Executive:Insightful. Visionary. Direct. Great leader.
The Ideal Candidate:Experience supporting a clear titan. Good judgement. 24/7 mentality.
The Day-to-Day:
- Own a complex high-volume calendar with precision: orchestrating shifting priorities internal deal flow needs board/investor meetings and high-stakes external relationships with flawless judgement
- Act as a true gatekeeper to the Partner: protect time manage bandwidth and ensure the right people and priorities are always positioned first (often in real-time)
- Lead end-to-end domestic and international travel planning with no margin for error execution across meetings and events while accommodating last minute changes.
- Operate with a white-glove 24/7 mindset proactively anticipating needs solving problems before they surface and ensuring the Partner is always prepared briefed and ahead
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the Partner and senior internal/external stakeholders (founders investors board members other Partners) handling high discretion communication coordination and follow-through
