SMB Account Executive (Field Sales Hybrid)

Multiple Locations 2 Days in Field 3 Days Remote
Full-Time High-Impact Growth-Focused Role

Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) is partnering with a leading enterprise telecommunications provider to identify high-performing SMB Account Executives who thrive on building pipeline closing new business and owning their territory.

This is not a passive account management role. This is for true huntersprofessionals who know how to create opportunities move fast and win.

What Youll Do:

  • Own your territorygenerate leads through prospecting networking and cold outreach

  • Run a full-cycle sales motion from first touch to close

  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with SMB clients

  • Identify customer needs and deliver solution-based recommendations across wireless data and value-added services

  • Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline using CRM and funnel management tools

  • Develop proposals negotiate effectively and close with confidence

  • Continuously refine your approachthis is a performance-driven environment

What Were Looking For:

  • 2 years of true new business sales experience (quota-carrying commissioned preferred)

  • Proven success in prospecting and closing new accounts

  • Strong ability to communicate influence and build trust quickly

  • Experience managing a pipeline and forecasting activity/results

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model (field remote)

  • Highly motivated resilient and competitive

Bonus Points For:

  • Telecom SaaS or subscription-based sales experience

  • Experience selling into SMB markets

  • Strong proposal and negotiation skills
