SMB Account Executive (Field Sales Hybrid)
Multiple Locations 2 Days in Field 3 Days Remote

Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) is partnering with a leading enterprise telecommunications provider to identify high-performing SMB Account Executives who thrive on building pipeline closing new business and owning their territory.
This is not a passive account management role. This is for true huntersprofessionals who know how to create opportunities move fast and win.
What Youll Do:

Own your territorygenerate leads through prospecting networking and cold outreach
-
Run a full-cycle sales motion from first touch to close
-
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with SMB clients
-
Identify customer needs and deliver solution-based recommendations across wireless data and value-added services

Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline using CRM and funnel management tools
-
Develop proposals negotiate effectively and close with confidence
-
Continuously refine your approachthis is a performance-driven environment
What Were Looking For:

2 years of true new business sales experience (quota-carrying commissioned preferred)
-
Proven success in prospecting and closing new accounts
-
Strong ability to communicate influence and build trust quickly
-
Experience managing a pipeline and forecasting activity/results

Comfortable working in a hybrid model (field remote)

Highly motivated resilient and competitive

Telecom SaaS or subscription-based sales experience

Experience selling into SMB markets

Strong proposal and negotiation skills
