Performance Objectives for Year One
- Establish the Roadmap: Within the first 90 days develop a comprehensive data insights and analytics roadmap that outlines the transition toward full-funnel attribution and Omni-channel success.
- Scale the Reporting Engine: Lead the execution of complex reporting strategies moving beyond standard dashboards to create actionable templates that influence C-suite marketing strategy.
- Drive Omni-Channel Identity: Successfully increase the volume of identified and profiled customers within digital channels by 20% through sophisticated data sharing across the groups ecosystem.
- Lead MarTech Integration: Play a critical role in the successful onboarding and process implementation of at least two new major technology partners or platforms within the digital marketing stack.
- Optimize the Journey: Implement a rigorous data-driven AB testing and UX optimization framework that demonstrably improves conversion paths on key landing pages.
