- Monitor sales performance against targets
- Implement calling programmes and agency engagement plans
- Maintain accurate MIS reporting and market intelligence

Requirements- Tertiary qualification in Business Management (advantageous)
- 57 years experience in a sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of the South African property market
- Strong leadership communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
