Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership guidance and development for a multidisciplinary engineering team promoting collaboration and technical excellence
- Define clear goals monitor performance and support succession planning while fostering skills development and team growth
- Manage the complete engineering lifecycle including design implementation and delivery of structural electrical HVAC and automation systems
- Review approve and standardise technical drawings documentation and project deliverables to ensure quality and consistency
- Develop implement and maintain engineering standards best practices and regulatory compliance across all projects.
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for challenging projects coordinating effectively with internal teams contractors and external partners
- 810 years of engineering experience with 35 years in a management role
- Proven delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects in industrial or infrastructure sectors
- Strong technical leadership with analytical and systems-thinking skills
- Experienced in mentoring and developing high-performing engineering teams
- Solid knowledge of electrical automation HVAC and integrated third-party systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelors degree in Civil Mechanical Electrical Mechatronic Engineering or a related field.
- Professional registration (or eligibility) will be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of engineering governance quality assurance and compliance frameworks.
- Proven capability in leading engineering teams within project-driven environments.
- Willingness to travel to operational or project sites as required.
- Commitment to integrity accountability safety and continuous improvement.
