Role Purpose
- Intranet Revamp Project Support
- Contribute to the intranet revamp project by drafting engaging and user-friendly content.
- Assistin designing and reviewing page layouts to enhance usability and employee experience.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure a smooth and effective rollout of the new intranet platform.
- Engagement Survey Support
- Assistin the preparation and execution of the staff engagement survey.
- Build andmaintainsurvey dashboards to track response rates and key insights.
- Generate survey reports andassistin data analysis toidentifyengagement trends.
- Prepare presentations and summaries of survey findings for leadership review.
- Event Logistics & Vendor Coordination
- Support the team in coordinating internal events such asbusinesstown halls and engagement activities.
- Assistin materials sourcingpurchasing and vendor coordination to ensure seamless event execution.
- Help manage eventlogistics such as venuesetup and post-event follow-ups.
- Internal Communications Support
- Assistin drafting internal communications such as intranetposts.
- Support the creation of external employer branding content for platforms like LinkedIn.
- General Administrative & Ad-Hoc Support
- Support thewider Peopleteam with ad-hoc research data entry and documentation as needed.
- Assistinmaintaininginternal communication records and content libraries.
The Ideal Candidate
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications MarketingBusiness or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills inEnglish and Chinese.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); experience with survey tools (e.g. Google Forms Qualtrics) or data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Ability to multi-task meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graphic design video editing or social media content creation is a plus.
