Job Summary
Overview:
Lead technical delivery of major building services projects across complex commercial aviation healthcare and mixeduse developments. Provide design leadership client engagement and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary building services project delivery.
- Provide technical oversight for HVAC electrical plumbing and fire systems.
- Approve designs for quality and regulatory compliance.
- Manage client/stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- 15 years building services experience; major projects required; theme park experience a plus.
- Chartered Engineer (CIBSE/HKIE or equivalent) with relevant degree.
- Strong technical expertise and knowledge of sustainable/lowcarbon design.
- Strong clientfacing and stakeholder management skills.
- English Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency.
