Highways Intern (2026 Intern Program)

We are looking for a highly motivated summer intern who is eager to learn and grow within our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong growth mindset demonstrating a willingness to embrace challenges and continuously improve their skills. They should be enthusiastic about collaborating with colleagues contributing to a positive team environment and working together to achieve common goals. If you are passionate about gaining practical experience in bridges and civil structures engineering and thrive in a team-oriented setting we would love to hear from you.

Your Challenge

• Assist in all aspects of planning design and specification of highway projects
• Develop computer modelling techniques / tools in analysis and design
• Assist with inputs for the preparation of detailed design drafting and report
• Assist in on-site inspections and commissioning witnessing
• Assist in resolving design and development problems

What Youll Need

• High Diploma or BEng in Civil / Structural Engineering or related disciplines
• A responsible attitude and willingness to learn
• A team player
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese with sound capability in English
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel
