Responsibilities
- Provide personalized tutoring in reading and math
- Assess students academic needs and develop tailored lesson plans.
- Monitor and report progress to parents and the Tutor Doctor team.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Encourage academic growth and love of learning through engaging instructional techniques.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of elementary-level reading and math concepts.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience enthusiasm and a passion for helping children learn.
- Reliable transportation to Oxford MI tutoring locations.
