Were hiring a Recruiting Operations partner to join us in our new San Francisco office. Youll be the backbone of our end-to-end recruiting operations ensuring things run seamlessly in a fast-paced environment. Youll take charge of key recruiting administrative tasks help build and maintain a delightful candidate experience and ensure our recruiting team has the tools and support they need to thrive. Your work will directly contribute to our companys growth and overall success.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end recruiting coordination across multiple roles and teams
Schedule and manage interviews efficiently
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
Deliver a high-quality consistent candidate experience from first touch to offer
Coordinate onsite interviews and host candidates in our San Francisco office
Prepare interview materials scorecards and debrief documentation
Maintain accurate up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Track candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups and feedback loops
Partner with CEO CTO and the rest of the team to keep hiring on track
Needs:
13 years of experience in recruiting coordination recruiting operations or talent operations
Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Process-oriented mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
