Were excited to expand our teamsLicensed Agent Support Partner to the REInsurePro (REIP) Sales this role you will bridge the gap between our insurance products and the outside agents who represent them - ensuring a seamless sales experience regulatory compliance and a high level of service delivery.
Position Overview:
The Licensed Agent Support Partner is responsible for supporting outside Agents transact business. By bridging the gap between REIP insurance products and the agents representing them the Agent Support Partner ensures a seamless sales process complies with regulatory standards and provides exceptional service delivery. How Youll Make an Impact:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents to increase sales.
Collaborate with underwriting and business development to determine and address agent needs.
Support and advise agents with quoting policy binding renewals and endorsements.
Stay informed on industry trends state regulations and carrier guidelines.
Ensure documentation communication and processes comply with regulatory and company standards.
Report on agent feedback and escalations to management in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience:
P&C License
High school diploma or GED required; 4-year degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
Relationship-building and customer service expertise
Knowledge of real estate investing/transactions and industry affiliations are preferred
