Job Overview
This role supports the day-to-day delivery of HR services by assisting employees maintaining accurate HR data and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The successful Student will handle employee inquiries support pre-boarding and onboarding activities create and maintain HR documentation and assist with projects across the HR function. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in HR operations systems data and emerging technologiesincluding AIwhile collaborating with teams such as Talent Acquisition Organizational Effectiveness and Total Rewards.
Employee Support and Coordination:
- Address Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiries related to HR systems policiesprogramsand basic HR processesescalatingas necessary.
- Distribute communications on behalf of HR and address inquiries related to events and activities.
- Assistwith pre-boarding and onboarding of new hires.
HR Systems and Data Management
- Maintainaccurateand up-to-date employee data across systems ensuringtimelyupdates and data integrity.
- Create andmaintaincomprehensive documentation(job aides/SOPs)for each supported process encompassing process overviews key stakeholders and procedure details.
- Generate data reports provide support for ad hoc requests and actively contribute tovalidatingHR data initiatives.
- Work with HR leadership to incorporate policy updates and regulatory changes.
- Participate in development and test of AI Assistant for HR
Projects:
- The student willassistwith policy review and research editing HRpoliciesandsubmitting forapproval.
- Process mappingand documentationas processesare transitioned to the centralized service delivery team (may require travel to our other locations).
- Analyze processes and templatesfor opportunities tostreamline withtechnology.
- Opportunitiesto partner with other HR teams(Talent Acquisition Organizational Effectiveness Total Rewards)toassistwith projects

Qualifications
- Studentor recent graduatein Human Resources Business Psychology or related program.
- Excellentpeopleskills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather information and solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Detail-oriented anda teamplayer.
- Ability to gather analyze and interpret various data.
- Good computer skills.
