Schedule
- Daytime scheduling every other Saturday set day off during the week when you work Saturday
- Closed Sundays

Responsibilities
- Lead mentor and coach the sales floor team to create an exceptional guest experience
- Ensure the showroom environment is welcoming organized and aligned with Rydell brand standards
- Motivate team members to meet performance targets and uphold our One Low Price sales philosophy
- Support Sales Consultants in product knowledge customer engagement and sales process effectiveness
- Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and solutionfocused mindset
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to plan strategy track performance and support team growth
- Maintain a positive energetic and teamoriented culture on the showroom floor
- Oversee daily floor operations including staffing guest flow and showroom presentation
- Perform high-quality demonstrations and stay current on new models features and technology
- Drive referral business through strong relationshipbuilding and followup practices
Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience in sales retail hospitality or customer service
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to model professional behavior appearance and customer engagement
- Positive solutions-oriented attitude
- Comfortable learning vehicle product information and supporting team members growth
- Flexible availability including Saturdays
- Clean driving record
