What Youll Be Doing
- Prepare and lodge all DA BA and permit documentation with accuracy and pace
- Work closely with councils certifiers and developers to keep approvals moving
- Maintain uptodate records and documentation across all systems
- Spot delays or compliance issues fast and resolve them before they impact site start
- Track requests review documentation and provide clear progress updates
What You Bring
- 2 years experience in residential construction or council approvals (certifier experience big win)
- You communicate clearly confidently and make every interaction easy.
- Deadlines details documents you keep it all under control.
- You spot issues before they become problems and jump straight into solutions.
- You can read and interpret drawings without breaking a sweat.
