About The Team
The Office of Quality and Standards supports the Universitys culture of qualityand ensures regulatory compliance. The Office provides central services to support quality assurance and improvement activities and international compliance functions. Working with stakeholders across the University the Office also develops educational policy manages curriculum and supports academic integrity. Additionally we lead strategic programs aligned with the Universitys vision driving continuous improvement.
Your New Role!
The Senior Quality Coordinator provides advice and coordination to support quality assurance activities aligned with Murdoch Universitys Quality Framework.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the development and implementation of universitywide quality initiatives in consultation with key stakeholders.
Coordinating and supporting Quality Framework activities including course and area reviews benchmarking accreditation and related processes.
Monitoring quality activities and ensuring outcomes and identified risks are appropriately reported through the Universitys governance bodies.

This Continuous Full Time (37.5 hours per week) role attracts a remuneration of HEW0708 $99K $130K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

What youll bring to the role:
Relevant degree with substantial experience or equivalent experience/training.
Experience in quality assurance and improvement within education government or regulated environments.
Ability to develop clear written and visual business process models.
Experience producing quality documentation for diverse stakeholders.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across academic and professional areas.
