Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. This role involves managing a portfolio of middle to large market commercial lines accounts including construction real estate manufacturing and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management strong technical expertise and the ability to handle all aspects of servicing a book of business independently.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $100000 - $115000 annually bonus opportunities
- Competitive benefits package 401(k) paid time off professional development opportunities etc.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with account sizes ranging from $100000 to $1000000.
- Provide full-service account management including renewal preparation marketing client presentations endorsements and certificates.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams including producers and marketing managers to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in middle market commercial lines account management; 15 years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is required.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
