Title: Senior Executive Compensation Consultant

About the Role
The Senior Executive Compensation Consultant serves as a strategic leader responsible for establishing and maintaining the governance structure and analytical foundation that supports executive compensation within a public company environment.
Key Responsibilities

Own the operating model for executive compensation governance.

Manage the annual calendar including Compensation Committee meeting materials and filing milestones.

Maintain documentation decision frameworks templates and governance standards.
-
Build and maintain Excel based models for pay decisions and scenario planning.
-
Track decisions approvals and follow ups to ensure governance continuity.
-
Support preparation of proxy/CD&A 10 K and 8 K filings.
-
Partner with Legal Finance and external advisors.
-
Prepare materials for shareholder engagement.
-
Establish equity guidelines and compensation structures aligned with strategy.
Qualifications
-
10 years of Compensation experience including 7 in Executive Compensation within a public company environment.

Strong knowledge of governance regulatory frameworks and reporting cycles.

Proven ability to communicate with senior executives in fast paced environments.

Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

High judgment discretion and attention to detail with confidential information.

Ability to bring structure and rigor to complex workstreams.
