Job Summary
Were Hiring: Director of Facilities & Maintenance
We are seeking a missiondriven facilities leader to join our team in a Christian holistic care environment. This role is ideal for someone who values excellence in building operations while supporting an organization committed to serving residents staff and visitors with dignity respect and compassion.
Our continuingcare campus spans 87 acres and serves more than 360 residents offering a unique opportunity for a facilities professional to steward a large dynamic environment where quality safety and service truly matter.
The Director of Facilities & Building Services will provide strategic leadership in:
Daily operations of Maintenance and Grounds
Staff development and performance management
Managing contractors service agreements and vendors
Reviewing construction plans blueprints and capital projects
Oversight of HVAC plumbing electrical mechanical and life safety systems
Budgeting and long term capital planning
Ensuring compliance with OSHA NFPA ADA and CMS Life Safety Code
Leading safety initiatives and emergency preparedness
What were looking for:
Five or more years of leadership experience in facilities management (healthcare or senior living preferred)
Strong knowledge of building systems and regulatory requirements
Experience with CMS platforms Microsoft 365 and building automation systems
Relevant certifications such as CFPS CHFM CFM or PMP preferred
