Job Summary
Administer overall maintenance operations to maintain the facilities and equipment at the highest level of efficiency.
Hire train evaluate and discipline maintenance staff.
Develop and coordinate implementation of procedures and preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety fire and building codes.
Possess thorough knowledge of operation; maintenance and repair of boilers; electrical heating and air conditioning systems; plumbing and mechanical equipment.
Monitor staffing levels in accordance with business needs.
Coordinate and supervise sub-contracted projects.
Maintain and oversee purchasing and parts inventories.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Five (5) years of experience in a similar position preferred.
Must have a thorough knowledge of the operation maintenance and repair of the electrical air conditioning and heating plumbing and mechanical equipment.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
