The Portsmouth Academyis seeking an exceptional leader to join our senior leadership team asVice Principal - Attendance Pastoral and Behaviour following a successful internal promotion. This is an exciting opportunity to build on strong foundations and make a lasting impact on student outcomes and wellbeing.
Working closely with the Head of School you will provide strategic and operational leadership across attendance behaviour personal development inclusion and pastoral care in line with the Trusts mission ofTransforming Life Chances. You will champion a child-first approach and ensure our values of Aspire Achieve and Respect are embedded across the academy.
