WhatYoullBe Doing

You will provide support to the Strategic Partnership team in building andmaintainingrelationships with external business partnersidentifyingnew opportunities that mutuallybenefitCIBC our clients and our partners and supporting strategies that will enhance client experience and drive revenue. You willassistthe team in the development management presentation and implementation of plans and projects including tactics that will build the businessoptimizeprofitability improve clientexperienceand drive operational efficiency.You will work with high performing highly productive and diverse teamsto successfully implement programs thatenhance the client experience anddrive revenue growth.

HowYoullSucceed

  • Strategy Support Assist in the development and recommendation of strategic plans analyzing opportunities and tracking the effectiveness of programs. Use analytics and research to report onanalyzeandoptimizeour strategic partnerships. Work with various stakeholders to ensure organizational support execute business initiatives completeanalysisand contribute to recommendations for growing our existing partner relationships.

  • Program ManagementIn partnership with Technology and Business partners manage projects that align with strategicobjectivesby developing business cases outlining costs resource requirementstime linesand any other related requirements fora highly complexbusiness. Coordinate project activities/deliverables to support successful conjunction with Technology Finance and other project stakeholders support the preparation and delivery of business cases for approved projects. Develop reporting and information management processes to track and manage current and potential partnership opportunities.

  • Relationship Management Work with key stakeholders to proactively develop andmaintaina partnership pipeline that is aligned with the teams strategy and roadmap.Develop communications to address any issues/inquiries that may arise from the frontlines or other stakeholders. Provide ongoingcollaborativeand high-quality support to our internal/external partners.
