Commercial Insurance Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to join a team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to specialize in trucking and commercial auto insurance including General Liability (GL) Workers Compensation (WC) and Business Owners Policies (BOP). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in building and managing a successful book of business. This is a full-time in-office position with significant growth potential and a clear path to earning performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a book of business specializing in trucking and commercial auto insurance
- Generate a minimum of $150000 in premium annually with opportunities to exceed this target
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions
- Collaborate with account managers and administrative support to ensure seamless client service
- Quote and renew policies focusing on middle-market to large-market accounts
- Stay informed on industry trends regulations and best practices to provide clients with the most up-to-date advice
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in commercial auto/trucking insurance including familiarity with CMC numbers dump trucks and semi-trucks
- Proven ability to produce and manage a book of business
- Proficiency with insurance software preferably Nowcertz
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
