- Lead and develop Sales Managers across your district

- Recruit coach develop and build a strong leadership bench
- Scale a high-performing network of insurance agents

Qualifications
- 2 years of district multi-unit or multi-agency leadership experience
- Insurance or financial services background preferred
- Proven success leading leaders (e.g. Sales Managers)
- Track recordof driving revenue growth and team performance
- Strong experience recruiting and developing sales talent
- Active Life Health and P&C licensesrequired
- Comfortable with regular field travel
- Strong leadership communication and strategic thinking skills

Compensation:
Total on-target earnings (OTE) typically range from $62700 to $146200 annually based on expected performance. $35000 base salary plus commission with no earnings limit. Earnings are driven by new business growth and expanding relationships within an existing customer base withadditionalupside through multiple bonus opportunities. High performers may also qualify for annual incentive performers may exceed the stated range with top 10% of employees earning $334000 annually.
