Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Automotive Warranty Administration Service Operations and Dealer support
Grade 12 Qualification required
Strong computer proficiency including MS Excel Evolve Dealer Management System and Warranty Systems
Strong understanding of Dealership Service Parts and Warranty processes
Knowledge of OEM Warranty Policies and Procedures
Hands-on Warranty Claim Review and Auditing experience
Valid Drivers License and own Transport required
Contactable references and payslips required

Salary Structure:

Market Related Cost to Company negotiable based on experience
