Job Summary
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
2. Manage key commercial projects from planning to execution.
3. Create data-driven reports and presentations for leadership.
4. Collaborate with Marketing to align on initiatives.
5. Identify opportunities to optimize business processes.

Qualifications :
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree or above from a renowned domestic or international university Masters degree is preferred.
2. Background in Business Economics Marketing Management or related fields is a strong plus.
3. Prior experience in FMCG or durable consumer goods industries is preferred such as in Marketing Strategic Consulting or Sales.
4. Demonstrated interest in the Power Tools or related industrial/consumer goods sector.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills data sensitivity with the ability to learn rapidly.
6. Proficient in PPT crafting with outstanding report writing and professional English presentation skills.
7. Strong communication and coordination skills effective in cross-functional settings.
8. Fluent in both English and Chinese (working proficiency).

2.商业经济市场管理等相关专业背景优先
3.具备快速消费品FMCG或耐用消费品行业经验者优先相关经验可包括市场营销战略咨询销售等
4.对电动工具或相关工业品 / 消费品行业抱有浓厚兴趣
5.出色的逻辑分析解决问题能力对数据敏感具备快速学习能力
6.精通 PPT 制作具备优秀的报告撰写与专业的英文演讲展示能力
7.优秀的沟通与协调能力能在跨部门环境中高效工作
8.中英文流利可作为工作语言
