À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien:

  • Travailler étroitement avec la direction locale pour créer modifier et/ou préparer la recherche de marché les projections de flux de trésorerie et les rapports dévaluation

  • Effectuer de la recherche et collecter des informations sur les fondamentaux du marché les détails de propriété les évaluations fiscales les locataires et lanalyse économique

  • Collecter et organiser les données de marché et de propriété sassurant que les bases de données JLL demeurent à jour et précises

  • Assister et/ou participer aux présentations de marché aux clients et parties prenantes

  • Soutenir léquipe croissante de Montréal avec des services analytiques fiables opportuns et professionnels

  • Collaborer avec les membres de léquipe pour livrer des services dévaluation de haute qualité pour les fonds de pension majeurs FPI gestionnaires dactifs et institutions

  • Compléter toute autre tâche et responsabilité raisonnable qui pourrait être assignée

Exigences:

  • Éducation postsecondaire en Commerce Économie Administration des affaires Économie urbaine Planification urbaine ou Géographie urbaine

  • 1-2 années dexpérience professionnelle à temps plein dans le secteur de limmobilier commercial

  • Compétence démontrée avec Microsoft Windows Suite Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) et Adobe Acrobat

  • Solides compétences analytiques avec souci du détail et capacité de travailler avec des données financières complexes

  • Excellentes compétences de communication verbale écrite et interpersonnelle en français et anglais

  • Excellentes compétences de gestion du temps et dorganisation avec capacité de respecter les échéances serrées

  • Capacité de maintenir la confidentialité utiliser un bon jugement et travailler avec une supervision minimale

  • Qualifications préférées:

  • Expérience avec les logiciels immobiliers tels quARGUS Enterprise

  • Connaissance des thèmes clés impactant les marchés de capitaux et limmobilier dinvestissement

  • Capacité de sadapter et prioriser dans un environnement au rythme rapide tout en maintenant des standards de qualité

  • Mentalité proactive avec de fortes capacités de prise dinitiative

  • Capacité de travailler de manière indépendante tout en collaborant efficacement avec les membres de léquipe

  • Expérience opérant avec un sentiment durgence et répondant rapidement aux parties prenantes

Analyst/Senior Analyst Valuation and Advisory JLL

What this job involves:JLL is currently seeking talented individuals to join our Valuation and Advisory team in Montreal at the Analyst or Senior Analyst level. This dynamic high-performing team is expanding its professional services capabilities in coordination with JLL Canadas and global growth plans. Youll be part of a global network of over 1700 professionals operating from 44 countries providing expertise across the commercial real estate spectrum. Our team evaluates over $3 trillion annually and we believe a diverse and inclusive team of professionals is essential to our ability to deliver unique and innovative perspectives.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Work closely with local management to create modify and/or prepare market research cash flow projections and valuation reports

  • Conduct research and collect information on market fundamentals property details tax assessments tenants and economic analysis

  • Collect and organize market and property data ensuring JLL databases remain current and accurate

  • Assist and/or participate in market presentations to clients and stakeholders

  • Support the growing Montreal team with reliable timely and professional analytical services

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality valuation services for major pension funds REITs asset managers and institutions

  • Complete other reasonable tasks and responsibilities as assigned

  • Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Commerce Economics Business Administration Urban Economics Urban Planning or Urban Geography

  • 1-2 years of full-time professional experience in commercial real estate sector

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data

  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills in both English and French

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality use sound judgment and work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with real estate software such as ARGUS Enterprise

  • Knowledge of key themes impacting capital markets and investment real estate

  • Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

  • Proactive mindset with strong initiative-taking capabilities

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members

  • Experience operating with sense of urgency and responding quickly to stakeholders

*Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example service providers law firms peers bankers brokerage firms credit analysis firms credit agencies non-French-speaking clients etc.)
