Commercial Lines Account Manager (Marketing Focus)
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager with a strong emphasis on marketing to support commercial insurance operations within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities
- Market and service commercial lines accounts including quoting new and renewal business
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and insurance carriers
- Support the growth and development of an expanding business segment through collaboration and strategic support
- Ensure timely accurate processing of policies endorsements and related documentation
- Provide responsive high-quality service by addressing client inquiries and needs promptly
- Contribute positively to team culture through professionalism leadership and accountability
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial lines account management and marketing
- Proficiency with agency management software and document management systems including AMS360 and ImageRight
- Relevant educational background preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Self-motivated dependable team-oriented and demonstrates natural leadership qualities
- Maintains a professional demeanor with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
Compensation Package
- Salary range: $60000 $80000 annually commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Competitive benefits package paid time off professional development opportunities etc.
- Annual performance-based bonus eligibility beginning in the second year
