The Global Supply Chain Planning organization is seeking an entry level Executive Assistant who is curious customer-obsessed and eager to learn. This role will support two of our busy Directors and is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for organizational excellence. The candidate should have organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across teams. The ideal candidate will be a planner who is responsive flexible and maintains composure in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements for the leadership team. Have a high level of integrity discretion and professionalism in handling executives inside and outside of the company is critical. The successful candidate will have the ability to learn quickly and complete tasks with growing independence. Have a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize. Also must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.
In the The Global Supply Chain Planning organization as you begin to meet people and establish your network it is important to foster strong relationships of trust and cooperation and to build up a good map of how the various teams and leaders fit together.
Key job responsibilities
Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support the Directors and his/her teams in multiple locations and in multiple time zones
Ability to look around corners and anticipate needs or areas for improvement
Act as a trusted business partner to senior level management
Manage both domestic and international travel and process expense reports. Process any VISA requirements
Organize execute and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas townhall meetings off-sites and team social events)
Assist the Executive Assistant team(s) to foster a cohesive and effective work environment
Work closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants across the organization to provide support to the organization
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items to include meeting notes and action items

The Global Supply Chain Planning organization is responsible for orchestrating end-to-end supply and build decisions across Amazons Devices and Services to ensure product availability service excellence and optimized cost performance. The organization translates demand signals into executable supply plans while balancing capacity inventory and customer commitments across a global network.
Operating as the central coordination hub Global Supply Chain Planning aligns Sales Marketing Manufacturing Procurement Logistics and Finance through integrated planning processes and data-driven decision-making. It ensures that strategic objectives are converted into tactical and operational plans that are resilient scalable and responsive to market volatility.
- High School or equivalent diploma
- 2 years of senior level leadership support experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience in senior level leadership support or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Experience in senior level leadership support
- Experience managing multiple calendars or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
